I recently stayed at a hotel in Qax and had a fantastic experience. the location of the hotel was excellent, situated at the entry of Ilisu with stunning views of the river from the balcony. Additionally, the room size was perfect for my small family, providing us with enough space to relax comfortably. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, offering quick and responsive service at both the reception and room service. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making it one of the cleanest in the region. The presence of Lavazza espresso capsule machines in the rooms was a delightful surprise, allowing me to enjoy my daily coffee ritual. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of location, room size, cleanliness, and service.
My only suggestion for improvement would be the need for better control over the temperature in the hotel. There was an issue with the centralized heating system during my stay, resulting in a freezing cold room for one night.

The view of the mountains from the hotel was breathtaking and definitely the highlight of the trip. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities including a coffee maker and a table with chairs. The hotel was also located in a quiet area away from the city, making it a peaceful place to relax.
There were some negative aspects of the hotel. the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected with our family.

Had a great Easter stay at a hotel surrounded by mountains. the stunning view from the large windows was the best aspect of our stay. the rooms were clean and spacious with two seats and a table. A Lavazza espresso machine with two complementary capsules was a great touch, making our morning even better. the hotel's location was perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway, away from the city noise.
The soundproofing was not the best, but it wasn't a major issue unless you had noisy neighbors. One drawback was the lack of a grocery store nearby, so we recommend shopping beforehand.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a beautiful region and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Despite being a bit understaffed, they managed to maintain a clean and tidy atmosphere throughout the property. The rooms were comfortable, with the added bonus of Lavazza espresso capsule machines for that perfect morning coffee fix. The hotel also provided a generous breakfast spread, with ample coffee on offer, at no extra charge. Additionally, the location was ideal, allowing for easy access to nearby attractions.
Although there is always room for improvement, this hotel provided a satisfactory experience with no major issues to speak of.

Nestled in the mountains, this hotel offers breathtaking views that will make your heart sing. The warm welcome and hospitality of the staff will make you feel right at home, such as the excellent service of Mr. Anar at the front desk. The Lavazza espresso capsule machines in each room make you feel pampered, and the daily renewal of two capsule servings shows attention to detail. The floor heating in the bathroom is a life saver in cold weather, and coffee is available during breakfast without extra charge.
The heating system is controlled centrally, which means you can’t adjust the temperature according to your liking.

The rooms at Yurd Hotel are spacious and beautifully designed, providing all the amenities of a five-star hotel. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds and the Lavazza Espresso Machine, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet area with stunning views. Despite the occasional noise from other guests, it didn't detract from the overall experience.
One downside is that the hotel has centralized heating, meaning you can't control the temperature in your room. This became an issue when the hotel switched to a summertime schedule and turned off the heating, leaving our room freezing cold while it was snowing outside.
